Sporting activity in Haro is focused in two different areas, where facilities are available for the enjoyment of various sports and leisure activities.
"El Ferial" Sports Complex

This complex located next to the river Tirón has various facilities:

"El Ferial” Frontón court, where indoor football and pelota matches and so on are held. The facilities can be hired.

"El Ferial" Sports Centre: various different sports teams play matches here, and among them is the Haro Rioja Voley volleyball team which currently competes in the National Women’s Volleyball Superleague, the Superliga.

Summer swimming pools: municipal swimming pools which are open during the summer for adults and children, with extensive grassed areas.

"El Mazo" Sports Complex

Located in the residential area of El Mazo, and recently opened, this is a modern sports complex with the following facilities:

“El Mazo” Municipal Sports Stadium: football pitch with athletics tracks; home of the Haro Deportivo team, with capacity for 4,300 spectators. Of particular note is its size of 115 x 70m.

Heated swimming pools: classes are available and there is a variety of water activities on offer.

Paddle tennis and frontón courts: these facilities can be hired out if you’d like to enjoy a game of these sports.
