Hotel Los Agustinos

Hotel Los Agustinos

Hotel Los Agustinos, a former convent and Category 1 listed building, dates back to 1373 when Don Diego López de Haro managed to get a licence to found the convent. Since then its incarnations have included a military garrison, hospital, prison and school, and you can still see the inscriptions made by prisoners on the cloister columns.

It has taken more than 600 years for the ancient convent of San Agustín to see its thick stone walls meticulously restored and given over to a modern hotel facility. The hotel features a magnificent cloister which has recently been covered with a glass vault that opens up a host of possibilities as a venue for special events.

Completely renovated in 2006, the hotel has 62 rooms (1 Suite, 1 Demi-Suite, 54 doubles and 6 singles) and offers a wide and select range of services, including the EL CLAUSTRO DE LOS AGUSTINOS Restaurant, where you can enjoy high quality cuisine and an excellent wine cellar.
